The accessories in this store are personal items for intimate use. **No returns or exchanges will be accepted for non-quality issues**. Please confirm the style, size, material, and other details before placing an order. Note: Minor flaws in natural pearls are normal and not considered quality issues. Please be aware. Within 3 days after receiving the order, if you find structural, material, or craftsmanship flaws not caused by human factors, or if the packaging is damaged, you may contact customer service with clear photos/videos of the flaws to request a return or exchange. Shipping costs will be covered by us. Requests beyond this period without valid proof will not be accepted. Changes in personal preference, human-induced wear/tear, missing packaging accessories, or promotional items without special notes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All items are strictly inspected before shipping, and slight color differences between images and actual products are normal. Placing an order signifies your acceptance of this policy.
